Most items here at Dalia Rose Boutique are handmade and I strive for high quality items. I want everyone to be happy with their purchase so if you have any questions about my products, please don't hesitate to ask before purchasing. The most common issue could arise due to ordering the wrong size. Please double check with our product descriptions to ensure you order the right size. Also, make sure to follow our washing instructions as they are essential to maintain the wear of your Dalia Rose Boutique rompers & shirts. Refunds

I do not accept returns, unless there has been a mistake on my part and is decided on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically awarded store credit. I do not give refunds.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
