Shipping/TAT
What is your current TAT
Dalia Rose Boutique current turnaround time can be found on top of the website or below the description on individual products. We occasionally offer ready to ship items that usually ship within 2-3 business days. TAT DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Please keep in mind everything is handmade by ONE mama show running and operating Dalia Rose Boutique, so delays may occur… I post updates on our Facebook VIP Page: Dalia Rose Boutique VIP if there are any delays happening.
My tracking number still hasn’t updated, what’s going on?
Once Dalia Rose Boutique creates a label for your package, you will receive an email with tracking information. The information does not update until USPS scans the item. Please allow 48 hours for it to update.
My item says delivered but I did not receive it?
Once an item leaves my hands and scans with USPS I am not responsible for them. You will need to contact your local post office. All of my labels are printed and include the address you included on your order. If the address is incorrect I will not be held responsible for wrong shipping addresses. Please email me at daliaroseboutique@gmail.com & I will help as much as I can💗
Returns
Do you accept returns/refunds
Due to all of my items being handmade Dalia Rose Boutique DOES NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS. Once an order is placed you can not receive a refund for that order.. We recommend to first check the size charts (if available) and when in doubt, I recommend sizing up.
I am human & if an item arrives flawed, I will issue a refund or store credit. This is by a case to case basis, please email me at daliaroseboutique@gmail.com if this happens🫶🏽

What sizes do you offer!
In most styles, sizes run from 0/3 months up to 9/10 kids
Do you offer boy items as well?
I are working on adding a collection for the boys. In the meantime, some weeks we will include unisex prints and styles. Boy styles currently come in tees & leggings.
How do I become a brand rep?
I search for new models to add to our social media teams every 3 months. There will be an announcement in our Facebook VIP group when we open the search for new reps, so make sure you go and join!🥰
